Thank you for stopping by! I am excited to get to know you and begin this beautiful journey of growth.
Whether you are beginning a new journey or you’re looking to pick up where you left off, I’m glad you
stopped by!

It is my passion to work with people, as they challenge themselves to grow and evolve. Many of us
experience challenging feelings of depression, anxiety, relationship stress, and stress of dealing with the
many transitions of life. At times, these challenging feelings, can make us feel alone or isolated from our
communities of love and support. I believe that I am here to walk along side you and provide insight and
support, as you begin to see yourself grow and reach the goals that you set for yourself. I primarily work
from a narrative perspective, but I pull from many different approaches to create a safe and efficient
environment for my clients to explore and reflect on themselves and their situations.

As a therapist, I challenge myself to create a safe and inviting space, by being honest, empathetic,
curious, and direct. As I stated before, I see the therapeutic process as a journey and I strive to meet my
clients where they are. I believe that this process requires a delicate and unique balance of curiosity,
humor, challenging the uncomfortable, and reflection on past experiences. I will be an active part of
your journey who will sit with you in the victories and the challenges. I look forward to being a part of
your journey!
