Clinical Supervision

LPC Associate Supervision

Congratulations on all of your accomplishments that lead you to this moment in your career. The next 18 months will be challenging but  greatly rewarding.  â€‹

I am currently accepting a limited number of LPC Associates that show potential for success, are compassionate, clinically sound and willing to learn. I am invested in helping shape and develop the next generation of counselors. Development is one of the main goals of supervision. During our time together, we will focus on developing your clinical techniques but more importantly we will discover and explore who you are as a counselor.

I am approved by the Texas State Board of Examiners of Professional Counselors to provide supervision to LPC-Associates who are working towards the required 3,000 clinical hours. Supervision will be based on the guidelines established by the Texas State Board of Examiners of professional Counselors.

Within the state required 4 hours of monthly supervision includes:

  • Exploration of counseling techniques, evaluation of skills, application of theories, guidance in clinical diagnosis and code of ethics

  • Assistance with licensing paperwork and documentation of clinical hours

  • Review of case notes, documentation and treatment plans

  • Professional guidance regarding private practices, industry networking and mentoring
