It is great to see you making steps towards where you would like to be in your life, relationship, and more. 

 

I believe in meeting where you are in your journey. We have all probably experienced someone walking ahead of us, and it is not a fun journey. I would like to walk with you and help you with making the small steps towards your goals.  Uncover your true emotions while attending to finding your strengths. I realize that life happens and sometimes and things like life transitions, communication issues, and decrease in connection can arise. I know that you are capable reaching and grasping the changes you are looking towards in your life. I am an empath with the ability to actively listen authentically in the therapeutic environment.  I work from a collaborative approach tending to each client with the upmost respect. I look forward to working with you soon. I work with individuals, couples, and families.
